Item 8.01.    Other Events
 
On August 15, 2013, Identive Group, Inc. (the "Company") elevated Stephen Healy, from his current position as Vice-President and General Manager for Access Control and Security to Executive Vice President for Access Control and Security with immediate effect. There is no change in Mr. Healy's base salary; however, he will be considered part of the core management group for incentive plan purposes.
