Miguel (“Mick”) Lopez has served as a director of the Company since April 2025. Mr. Lopez currently serves on the board of directors of Zeekr Group (NYSE: ZK), a global electric vehicle company, and GoPro, Inc. (Nasdaq: GPRO), a consumer electronics and camera technology company. From June 2020 to November 2024, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Ribbon Communications (Nasdaq: RBBN), a provider of communications software and network solutions. Prior to that, Mr. Lopez served as Chief Financial Officer at Vista Outdoor Inc. (NYSE: VSTO), a designer and manufacturer of outdoor sports and recreation products, from April 2018 to May 2020, Veritas Technologies LLC, an enterprise data management software company, from February 2016 to July 2017, and Harris Corporation (currently L3 Harris Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: LHX)), a defense and communications technology company, from February 2014 to January 2016, and Aricent Group, a global engineering services company, from November 2011 to January 2014. Mr. Lopez has also held senior financial leadership roles at Cisco Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CSCO), a global networking and IT company, Tyco Fire & Security, a security and fire protection company, and International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) (NYSE: IBM), a multinational technology and consulting company. Mr. Lopez received his MBA from The University of Chicago and his BSBA from Georgetown University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (retired) in the State of Florida.

Laura Angelini has served as a Director of Identiv since October 2022. Ms. Angelini was appointed General Manager, Global Business Unit, Renal Care at Baxter Healthcare International in 2016 after serving as the Global Platform Leader, Joints, at DePuy Synthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson. During her 25-year tenure with Johnson & Johnson, Angelini led organizations across Europe and North America, managing exponential acceleration in MedTech. She scaled businesses across global functions, led strategy design for profitability and market leading performance, and created innovation strategies for digital transformation. She stepped down from her position with Baxter in 2021 and currently serves as a member of the board of directors of DCC plc and Knowles Corporation, and as a member of the board of trustees of Jacksonville University.

Ms. Angelini received her degree in Foreign Languages & Literatures from University La Sapienza.

James “Jim” Ousley has more than 40 years of experience leading global technology and telecommunications organizations. Mr. Ousley is currently CEO of Vitech, Inc., an insurance industry software, services and SaaS provider, and serves as Senior Advisor at CVC Capital Partners. Mr. Ousley served as the Senior Operating Partner at CVC Growth Partners from 2014 to 2024. Previously Mr Ousley served as chief executive officer at Savvis, Inc. from March 2010 to April 2013. Savvis was acquired by CenturyLink, where he served as chief executive officer of Savvis and president of enterprise markets group, which is now Lumen Technology, a global leader in cloud and managed solutions. Prior to Savvis, Mr. Ousley served as president and chief executive officer of Vytek Wireless, Inc., which was acquired by CalAmp, Inc.; president and chairman of Syntegra (USA), a division of British Telecommunications Plc.; and president and chief executive officer of Control Data Systems, which was acquired by British Telecommunications. Mr. Ousley has also held various executive management positions with Control Data Corporation.

Mr. Ousley currently serves on the board of directors of Vitech Inc., GCX, Inc, a global network and services provider, Chayora, Inc. a China based data center provider, Identiv, Inc., Health First Foundation and previously served on the boards of Omada, Inc., Integra, Inc., Datalink, Inc., Skybox Security, Inc., Wireless Logic Group Ltd, Savvis, Inc., DTI, Inc, Memorex-Telex, Inc, Control Data Systems, Inc., Pacnet, Inc., and numerous other technology and network communications companies.

Dr. Richard E. Kuntz has served as Director of Identiv since October 2022. Dr. Kuntz joins the Board following his most recent role as Senior Vice President and Chief Medical and Scientific Officer with Medtronic, the leading global healthcare technology company addressing the most challenging health problems. He has more than 20 years’ experience as a leader in MedTech, including his previous role as President of Medtronic Neuromodulation. Prior to Medtronic, Dr. Kuntz worked as an Associate Professor, Medicine, and Chief, Clinical Biometrics at Harvard Medical School. He is the Founder and former Chief Scientific Officer of the Harvard Clinical Research Institute. He is a Non-executive Director of the ZimVie board, a global life science leader in the dental and spine markets.

Dr. Kuntz received his MD from Case Western Reserve University and his MS, Biostatistics from Harvard University, and holds two medical patents.
